Sweet New Business Opening In Canal Park

It looks like a new business is coming soon to Canal Park! I was walking around the area yesterday afternoon when I noticed a bright blue 'coming soon' sign.

I noticed the signage in the Dewitt-Seitz Marketplace building. The signage covers all windows in the former Northern Waters Smokehaus space.

There was no other information provided, like a business name, but there was a donut on the logo so it's safe to assume a donut shop is moving in.

After some social media sleuthing, it looks like this logo belongs to a business called Voyageur Donuts. They have a Facebook page but nothing has been posted just yet.

As of now, it looks like the business is set to open sometime in spring of next year. That seems like a long way away but it also looks like it will be worth the wait! Who doesn't love a good donut?
