Dierks Bentley is bringing his Burnin' Man Tour to Duluth on March 8th.  With tickets going on sale this week, it's a perfect time to revisit my 5 favorite Dierks songs.

I've always liked the style of songs Dierks sings, which can vary from fun to poignant.  It's tough to pick just 5, but here are songs I never get tired of:

Burning Man
I'll start with his latest hit from the terrific new album The Mountain.  He's joined by Brothers Osborne on a driving song that features lyrics that really resonate with me.  This may be my all-time favorite Dierks Bentley song.

Drunk On A Plane
Dierks in fun party mode in a cool song that paints the mental picture of a flight I want to be on.  This song also reminds me of my young daughter who managed to learn the words to the chorus at far too young an age to be singing such things. #dadoftheyear

Settle For A Slowdown
A breakup song with a cool, chill vibe and lyrics that avoid many of the clichés similar themed songs use.

Home
This song, which seems to be a precursor to many of the songs that makeup The Mountain, is a tribute to places near and dear.  It has an anthem feel to it and Dierks pulls it off.

I Hold On
Prior to the release of 'Burning Man', this was my favorite Dierks Bentley song.  Like Burning Man, I love and relate to the lyrics of this one.  From the story about his guitar and his truck to the line about "a boy to his dad", this song is Dierks at his best.

Remember to get your tickets to the show, and keep listening to B105 for official concert updates and to win more tickets.
