The Damiano Center in Duluth announced the reopening of their free store but only for a couple of days a week.

The store had previously closed for COVID-19 but was still accepting donations by appointment only. The Damiano Center free store will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

The Damiano Center's free store provides clothes, shoes, coats (when available), blankets, and toys for the kids. They also provide dress clothes for people needing them for job interviews in their clothes that work program.

Damiano Center's official website says with the reopening also comes some rules. They will only allow two people at a time for 15 minutes at a time to grab everything they wish for. Everyone entering the store must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.  The Damiano Center is asking that everyone enter the store from the 4th street entrance.

The Damiano Center Website also says the Community Kitchen is serving meals to go at the 4th street entrance as well. With Breakfast being served from 8:39-9:30 am daily, Lunch 11:30 am to 1 pm M, W, F, Saturday and Sunday) Dinner from 5 pm to 6 pm (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with kids activities and meal to-go options from 3 pm to 6 pm (M-Th).
