If you have a child ages 3 to 11, you can help keep him or her safe by attending the "Safety Awareness For Our Kids."  The event takes place on march 27th at the Superior Public Library.  Workshops will help train children how to keep themselves safe.

Workshops include:

  • Train children on how to keep safe.
  • Give kids tools they need to stand up for themselves.
  • Empower kids to talk to a trusted adult.

Adults also will be provided with an information session presented by Douglas County Health and Human Services.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.  There also will be refreshments provided.  You'll need to register by calling the library at 715-394-8866.
