Everybody knows that Blake Shelton is always joking around, especially if you are touring with him OR married to him.  Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton's marriage is watched by millions and that's a lot of pressure on a relationship.  It's cool for Miranda to share Blake's tweets, you'll see that Miranda is not immune to Blake's humor.

I've been broadcasting now for over a decade.  Wow, that's longer than I thought I'd ever stick with ANY career.  Anyway, over the years I've learned that this job has a weird effect on my relationships with my family and friends.  A lot of them listen to me everyday, which I appreciate.  But it kinda has an interesting effect where they don't really need to check in with me.

Taxes are due in less than a month.  As I was searching for tax information to share with you I stumbled on the fact that single Americans make up a majority of people that file taxes.  In fact, Ken and I were discussing the fact that some people refrain from getting married due to the changes that would occur when filing their taxes.

Today in our show we discussed a new claim by Harvard Doctors working for OKCupid came up with.  They said 3 hypothetical questions between you and your partner could tell if the relationship will last.  It's part of the thought behind the dating website.

This just plain ole' made me smile, then laugh out loud. The Steve Harvey Show aired Irene and Alice "chatting".  They have been friends for 94 years and are still giggling like a couple of school girls (and cussin' like sailors)!  This will definitely make you giggle!

While people focus on the Vikings shortcomings and quarterback controversy and the mess that is the Minnesota Twins, many forget that the most successful franchise in the state is the Minnesota Lynx.  Tonight, the Lynx completed a sweep over the Atlanta Dream to win their second WNBA title in three years.

Last night, I was flicking through channels on the cable box when I saw "Catfish."  Nothing else was on, so I turned to it.  Quickly I realized this had nothing to do with "noodling" catfish, or catching catfish, but it got me hooked.  It's a show about people who are in "relationships" with other people online that they have never met.  How stupid are these people? R

The counter located prominently on everyone's Facebook page has created a bit of a friends arms race. According to new research, it's a race you may be better off losing.

Well that didn't take long!  People Magazine is reporting that Jake Owen and his wife Lacey Buchanan Owen are expecting a baby girl in November.  They were just married in April after Jake brought Lacey onto the stage during a concert to propose.

This is AWKWARD, not to mention L O N G and uncomfortable.  Summer Brides:  rethink singing to your man as you walk down the aisle!

My wife Shawna and I will be celebrating our first anniversary this weekend.  Wow a whole year has gone by!  I've already learned a lot about my wife, and marriage in general.

Jake Owen was feeling that warm and fuzzy, and before you know it, he was calling his girlfriend Lacey Buchannan on stage and asking her to be his wife! (Lucky girl!) Watch the video.  After he professes his love for her and asks her to be his wife, he says "I bet you're wondering about a ring, huh...
