The weather has turned cold, and there's nothing better to warm you up than some tater-tot hotdish. It's the number one hotdish in the Midwest, and yes, we call it hotdish, not casserole. Burnett Dairy in Duluth has just unveiled its November 'Pizza Of The Month: The Midwest Pie."

The Midwest Pie is a tater tot hotdish pizza. It's made with cream of mushroom soup, mixed veggies, tater tots, beef, and mild cheddar cheese.

It's funny to read the comments and see how many picky eaters have something they would change about it. Steve says, "Yes! Just take out the mixed veggies." Alyson prefers it with cream of celery, so there aren't mushrooms. (She must know my kids.)

The pizza is available at both the Duluth and Grantsburg locations. It's available for a to-go or take-and-bake.
