On Sunday, February 16, 202, the Billings Park Cafe, located at 1802 Iowa Avenue in Superior, closed its doors.

Its closure was a very disappointing turn of events for the community who loved the people and the food, such as the award-winning baked potato soup.

Flash-forward over four years later and what was once a disappointing turn of events has turned into great news as the beloved Billings Park is getting back its restaurant. It will have a new name and it promises to have even more to offer.

Owners Announce The Return of The Billings Park Restaurant With A New Name

The good news arrived on a Tuesday, October 1 Facebook post that read:

"We are over the top excited to announce your Billings Park restaurant will be back and better than ever with a bakery!"

The post shared a rendering of the new name, Billings Park Eatery, on the awning. It then goes on to ask what items the community would like to see on the menu.
