A Guy In A Bear Suit Was On The Scene Yesterday in Downtown Duluth, Trying To Talk The Bear Down [VIDEO]

This is so stupid, it's actually pretty funny.   News spread quick about a bear camped out in a tree just outside city hall in Downtown Duluth yesterday.  Then this guy showed up in  a bear suit.  Wow.
