A Business Called “Yes, Cheese” Has Found A New Home In Superior
With its first anniversary under its belt Yes, Cheese has moved into the Trade and Commerce Building, at1323 Broadway Street in Superior. With their new kitchen space owners, Kimber Johnson and Calley Mize both of who are originally from Wisconsin, are excited to be open and support the community.
The shop is open to the public on Fridays from 3-7 pm but otherwise, you can reach them on their website, e-mail, Facebook, and Instagram. Customers can purchase made-to-order charcuterie boards and blocks of cheeses and dips. They also deliver in the Duluth Superior area if you order 48 hours in advance. I would be in heaven with an entire block of cheese all to myself, that sounds like a slice of heaven.
Mize said to the Superior Telegram (Paywall):
We work directly with the creameries, we don’t go through third parties. We’re making these connections with these people, we’re seeing their passion and we’re kind of trying, hoping to bring that passion to our customers as well.
The owners have seen a lot of interest in people having a variety of cheese to choose from and the popularity of charcuterie boards which generally contain a variety of cheeses and meats, along with nuts, olives, and dried fruits. Their crafted cheese boxes come in a variety of sizes and price ranges and are perfect for a family get-together or big party. For more information or to place an order go to yescheesedlh.com. They also offer some cool apparel as well!
