The 26 Dirtiest Sounding Town Names In Minnesota
We all know and love Minnesota but that doesn't mean we can't poke a little bit of fun at it, right? It seems like everyone else does! We are also aware of all the major cities, like Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the smaller cities in the Northland.
With that being said, have you ever heard of the really small towns or the towns that have names that may not be safe to say at work? I had only heard of a few so I decided to dive into things and see how many town names there are in the state that might make you blush.
It turns out, there are a ton! I rounded up about thirty, with some places so small they are hamlets or unincorporated to this day. However, they stand out big time thanks to their names that are just a little bit funny or a little bit over the top.
Take a look at the list below and let me know if there is anything I missed. I didn't go into detail on why these town names are considered "dirty" at first glance but I am pretty sure they all speak for themselves! I also looked into when they were incorporated and a fun fact about each, because why not? In fact, I learned a lot so take a look for yourself and go impress someone with what you learned. Ha!
