10 Stores That Should Replace Duluth’s Old Bed Bath + Beyond
When you drive along Central Entrance in Duluth, you may notice a big empty building overlooking the street across from the mall! That used to be a Bed Bath & Beyond but it closed in early 2022.
Now, it has sat empty for the most part, with the exception of a few months in late 2022 when a Spirit Halloween store temporarily moved into the space. I would love if it stayed in there year-round but obviously, not everyone loves Halloween as much as I do. Ha!
The space is large, almost too large for a normal retail or clothing store. With that in mind, I came up with a list of ten things I think would make a good fit for the spot. I hope it gets filled up soon because it is some prime real estate and right across from the mall!
By the way, I didn't include businesses that are already in the area, even if we could benefit from a second location. Maybe putting it out into the universe will make one of the businesses on this list actually move to the Duluth area.
