Bent Paddle recently released Tea Break Blonde, a new beer that is a part of their infusion series, so we immediately wanted to give it a review (we really just wanted to drink at work).

According to Bent Paddle,

Tea Break Blonde is a refreshing infusion of Lemon Zest & Green Tea for a driven complement to our Paddle Break Blonde Ale. Whether you find yourself on course for a relaxing day in the sun or you are simply looking for that perfect teammate for your taste buds, this beer is the perfect reason to take a break.

Here is the tale of the tape:

  • ABV: 6.0%
  • IBU: 17
  • Malts: Pilsener, 2-Row, Carafoam, Acidulated
  • Hops: Tradition, Hersbrucker, Saaz
  • Availability: Seasonal, from June - August

Tea Break Blonde is sold in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and the packaging gives every indication that this is the perfect beer for summer activities like golfing, cooking out, lounging, etc.

So, how does it taste?  Check out the video featuring B105 DJ's and our broadcasting friends, then head to the liquor store.
