Watch Jimmy Fallon Surprise This Minnesota Family [VIDEO]

Last week, Jimmy Fallon announced that he wanted to visit a family and eat a real Minnesota meal while in town for the big game and his live show. Entering to win was easy - all you had to do was send a recipe to his staff.

It seems Jimmy is a man of his word. On Friday night, the funny guy surprised a family in Champlin. He even brought the wine he promised! Lucky for all of us, it was streamed live on Facebook.

The family was SO excited to see him. Who wouldn't be? They hung out on the couch for awhile. Fallon and the family even did impersonations from one of his most famous sketches.

Next, it was time to eat, which was the whole purpose of the visit. Fallon was served a heaping plate of goulash. Of course, no visit to Minnesota would be complete without a big serving of Tater Tot Hot Dish. It is safe to say he was more than impressed. The family then gifted the comedian a bunch of Minnesota-themed treats.

It looked like Fallon had a great time while in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. Throughout the weekend, he visited with fans in Minneapolis at different Super Bowl events and held a tailgate party at Target Field. He really got the MN experience.
