UPDATE: Cloquet Police Department Makes A Determination Of The Suspicious Death In The City

The Cloquet Police Department is very good at alerting us to inclement weather and investigations that are going on around the city.  For years I worked at the Perkin's restaurant in Cloquet and have always considered it a quaint and quiet town.  They were investigating a suspicious death  that surprised me.  They have now made a determination as to what happened, here's the update.

PREVIOUSLY:  Here is the what I know based on the Cloquet Police Department's information.  They and several other law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious death. On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at approximately 12:09 PM Cloquet Police were called to the 800 block of Eighth Street where a body was discovered inside a residence.

The body was taken to the Saint Louis County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and formal identification. Several individuals have been questioned in connection with this incident.

UPDATE:

The Cloquet Police Department reported that the Saint Louis County Medical Examiner's Office ruled the suspicious death of 61 year old Dan Engebrecht Roen was ACCIDENTAL due to an apparent fall.
