There’s A New Taco Bell Coming To London Road

The abandoned BP gas station on the corner of 21st Ave E and London Road is the site for a new Taco Bell.  According to the Duluth News Tribune, the plans have been submitted to the Duluth Planning and Zoning Commission.

The zoning plans call for a 1 story, 2,186 square foot building. The plans were submitted by Marvin Developement IV, LLC.

While the plans have been submitted, it ultimately needs to be signed off by the Zoning Commission and will be presented at a July 10th meeting.
