Taking On Tyson! And His Pigeons? [VIDEO]

What do you get when you take a former boxing champ and a love of pigeons?  A new reality show on the animal planet.  Even as I'm typing this I'm shaking my head trying to figure out if this is a joke.  But it can't be!  I watched it last night!  I had a pretty good laugh, and kept wondering if I was imagining this.  It's kind of ridiculous, but you can't help but watch.

Apparently, Mike Tyson grew up with a love for pigeons and now he's racing them competitively.   I honestly have never heard of that kind of race.  I guess you bring the pigeons far away from their coup, then release them, and time them for how long it takes for these "homing" pigeons to get back int he coup.  How the hell do you train a pigeon?
