Why is this game we must play with some companies?

A Duluth restaurant owner is frustrated over the poor tips coming in for his hardworking servers and staff.

It kind of felt like I was bothering this business for showing up to eat lunch. Seems to be more of that happening these days.

Lincoln Park has been under a big transformation for years with lot's of new businesses coming into the area, and now a 'clean team' is being assembled to keep it looking beautiful.
