It didn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out this "who dunnit" crime.  A 23 Superior man is facing felony charges after he drew a phallic symbol and his name in wet concrete on Belknap Street.

Construction workers saw the "artwork" when they arrived for work at the scene.  They contacted the authorities.  Later that day they recognized a man that had been hanging around the site earlier.

Jordan Robert Judson admitted to the Superior Police that he drew his name in the concrete, but did not admit to drawing the phallic symbol.  While drawing a name in the concrete could seem harmless, the Duluth News Tribune reports that it costs over $13,000 to repair the concrete.

He's set to appear in court on Oct. 13th.
