The Proctor Police Department is trying to locate a streetlight. Yes, you read that right.

Apparently, someone took the light out of its place, along with a spool of wire.

Workers in the area say it was probably taken in late September, sometime between the 28th and the 29th.

PPD posted a photo of a street light that is similar to the one that was taken, for reference. You can take a look below:

I have many questions about this. First of all, who steals anything, let alone a street light? Also, how do you take one without drawing attention to yourself? Ugh.
