Gavin Becker had a unique way to ask his girlfriend to marry him.  He's an aviation student at North Dakota, and he enlisted the help of his family in creating a huge marriage proposal on a lake not far from here.  It happened on Eight Crow Wing Lake, near Nevis, MN.

The letters "MARRY ME" were snow blown 25 feet long, and a giant heart was created underneath.

According to Gavin's father Ed, the creation took about 4 1/2 hours to complete.

He then rented a plane and flew his girlfriend, Olivia Toft, over the lake this last Sunday.

She of course said yes.
