Miami “Face Eater” Was Not On Bath Salts [VIDEO]

Perhaps one of the most bizarres stories we heard this year about a man eating another man's face has become even more bizarre.  Police had assumed that the man who attacked another man and ate his face was high on bath salts.  Toxicology reports came back with only marijuana found in his system.Do you really think marijuana could have caused this?  My guess is the guy had some type of mental illness, and maybe marijuana could have just pushed him to be a little more crazy.
