Jim Carlson, the owner of The Last Place On Earth in Duluth, has been charged with four felony drug counts and his son has been charged for the same crimes.

Our media partners at NNCNow.com are reporting that both Carlson and his son Joseph Gellerman, 34, are accused of selling an illegal synthetic stimulant--known as bath salts or pipe cleaner--to undercover police officers, four times in March.

Last Friday, police raided the controversial head shop and arrested both Carlson and Gellerman for alleged sales of illegal controlled substances to undercover officers.

You can see the full story below.  Both Carlson and his son have since been bailed out of jail and await an April 24th court appearance.
