Ken Admits To Being A Bad Pet Owner For ‘Confessions’ [VIDEO]

It's that time of the week again - Friday! Each time the end of the week rolls around, Ken & I admit to something that's been weighing us down. We're talking something shameful and embarrassing that we need to get off our chest as soon as possible.

We call this 'Breakfast Club Confessions' and although it makes us seem like terrible people, we promise we aren't.

Our confessions range from me avoiding coworkers in public (only twice!) to Ken having road rage, which seems to be a common theme during this segment. Ha!

Either way, it's all in the name of good fun. We even ask you to call in and tell us something you did that week you weren't proud of. We are all in this together after all.

This week, Ken admitted to not one but TWO different things he's ashamed of - both relating to his cat. I felt bad for something I did Friday morning before work.
