Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center will be hosting a free Earth Day Celebration on Saturday the 21st or April.  Not only will admission be free, but so will parking which is a rarity in Canal Park.

This event will showcase how local organizations are helping the earth and there will be many of them on site with family friendly activity tables.  Groups such as: The US Army Corps of Engineers, USDA Forest Service, Western Lake Superior Sanitary District, US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Master Gardeners University of Minnesota Extension, Youth Outdoors-Duluth, Wild Ones, and Lake Superior National Estuary Research Reserve.

It starts at 10:30AM and runs until 3:30PM at 600 Canal Park Drive in Duluth, MN.
