What was a long slow start to the spring season has finally began to warm up.  We've seen some temperatures spike and bring some more energy to our atmosphere. The National Weather Service Duluth Office is saying now that we have a chance of some of that severe weather happening tonight.

We talked to our own Taylor Dayton from WDIO this morning and he was more cautious saying that a lot of the severe weather would stay north and west of the Twin Ports.

Either way a strong thunderstorm is at least a good sign that summer is here to stay.
