Bent Paddle Brewing Company Sets Sights On A New Location

The Bent Paddle Brewing Company is planning a move - but don't worry. It's not a huge one.

According to the Duluth News Tribune, the popular spot has put in a request with Duluth's Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission to switch locations on their liquor license. The current license is for their location at 1912 W. Michigan Street. The request would move the location down the block to 1832 W. Michigan Street.

This would allow more room for brewing operations in the current building. The change would merge the brewery with the company's current office. A new patio area and signage would also accompany the move.

The brewery is currently located in Lincoln Park. I have been to Bent Paddle before and I absolutely loved the building and atmosphere. I hope it moves into another unique building so it can carry on with a similar ambiance.
