Annual Love Your Local Artist Event Happens At Superior Library

Here's a great way to spend a Friday night - especially the day after Valentine's Day! If you or your sweetheart appreciates the local art scene, the Superior Public Library has just the event for you. It's the 9th annual Love Your Local Artist event, happening 5:30 til 8:00 PM on Friday, February 15 at the library - located at the corner of Belknap and Tower in Superior.

What can you expect at this event? Lots of art - all of it from Northland artists. Browse the art on the tables that will be set throughout the library building. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with the artists and - if the whim hits them - buy the art work to take home. There'll also be a silent auction and "adopt" materials on behalf of the Superior Public Library.

Refreshments, wine, and live music round out the evening. The event is completely free to attend and it's a great way to explore the local art scene.
