Amsoil Speedway's Season Starts [FULL SCHEDULE]

The weather has caused disappointment for all of us at one time or another, and that's exactly what has happened for those anticipating the 2015 season opener at AMSOIL Speedway in Superior.

Races were cancelled Friday night, May 15 because the track was very wet and they didn't want to create ruts. Their plan was to work to get the track ready for practice that week, yet the cold weather along with our wet conditions didn't allow the track to dry out enough to allow practice on Wednesday May 20th. Once again, the Track Crew worked to make sure the track was good for last Friday, May 22nd for the racing season opener. According to the Superior Telegram, the races were held and Oliver won the AMSOIL Speedway Super Stock main, Nelson swept the Modifieds.
